I just placed an order and realize I need to update my address!
To update your address after placing an order, please Contact Us before 2:00 pm PST on the same day.
If I ship to a different person/address, will an invoice be included?
Yes, an invoice is included on orders shipped to a different address. If the order is a gift please note this in the Order notes field on the Checkout page. We will include a “gift receipt” without prices.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email with my receipt, and shipping info.
Order confirmation emails are sent within minutes of order entry. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes, check your SPAM folder for the email. Still can’t find your order email? Please Contact Use and request a duplicate email receipt.
How can I be sure to receive emails from My Saint My Hero?
Update your SPAM filter settings. It’s a good idea to add “@mysaintmyhero.com” to your allowed emails so that you will be sure to receive all order emails.
