The safety of the My Saint My Hero Community is of the utmost importance to us. Due to the COVID-19 crisis we will not be able to accept and process returns and damage replacements at this time. As soon as the state-wide and county-wide "Safer at Home" order is lifted we will begin processing the requests in chronological order. Please contact our Customer Care Team with any questions or to begin the process. We are here for you! We are in this together!

RETURNS AND LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and will refund the amount of your returned item(s). Sale items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.  

My Saint My Hero offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our Wearable Blessings! We know that each piece is special and has meaning. If your Wearable Blessing breaks or is damaged, we will replace it. Please send an email to customercare@mysaintmyhero.com along with a photo of your broken or damaged Wearable Blessing, the place and date of purchase, and your mailing address. We will reply within 24-48 hours.
