CURRENTLY, USPS AND UPS ARE NOT GUARANTEEING ANY OF THEIR DELIVERY TIMES.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This does not include shipping times. My Saint My Hero fulfills orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm are considered placed on the following business day.
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot make changes to the order, shipping information, or cancel the order. Please get in touch with customercare@mysaintmyhero.com with any questions.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by USPS or the selected shipping carrier.
Please note that all delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. USPS delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
My Saint My Hero is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your package takes longer than expected to arrive.

International Shipping
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. My Saint My Hero is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. In the event the customer refuses their package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.
