RETURNS AND LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and will refund the amount of your returned item(s). Sale items marked as FINAL SALE and Subscription Bundles are not eligible for return. To begin a return, please send an email to customercare@mysaintmyhero.com with your order number and what you would like to return to obtain a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

My Saint My Hero offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our Wearable Blessings! We know that each piece is special and has meaning. When you receive your new jewelry, please take a moment to register it below. If your Wearable Blessing breaks or is damaged, we will replace it. Please send an email to customercare@mysaintmyhero.com along with a photo of your broken or damaged Wearable Blessing, the place and date of purchase, and your mailing address. We will reply within 24-48 hours.
