While I love this piece, it is a replacement for my previous one. The chain had become so discolored it was no longer wearable. This has happened to quite a few pieces I have purchased from your company. I wish that you would choose to "plate" your metals. I have jewelry from Gorjana that does not tarnish or break down over time. I know it might be a little more expensive to produce but frankly alot of their pieces are in line with your current pricing. Stainless steel would be another alternative. I love your designs I just wish that the materials you use to execute them would hold up better. Some of your new designs are beautiful but when you pick them up they are so flimsy and the quality of the materials are noticeably lacking. I know your business has truly taken off especially with your presence on the home shopping networks but as someone who has purchased your pieces since before you even had a storefront I hope you receive this review and take the criticism and the compliments in the spirit they were given, in the hope that your business and the good it does continues to flourish
