I ordered 5 Mystery Boxes and didn’t expect all 5 to be exactly the same. I did expect possible duplicates as the webpage says if you order more than 1 it is possible to get a duplicate but I didn’t expect all 5 to be identical. I wrote to customer service and they didn’t even say sorry - just to return if I wasn’t happy and it took about 4 days for the response. . BTW, the packaging for the other 3 items were inconsistent as well. I guess the store has geown too big or need to hire some better customer service reps.
