Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Sitting in my office, I hear the laughter of the team, together in the lunch room — the pause in the middle of the work day to sit together, share stories, and simply laugh. They take turns bringing lunch for one another. They honor the social-distancing demands, yet still find ways to connect. They are a family, filled with laughter, hard work, and tears. No matter the mood, the situation, or the level of work, we are here for one another. I am so grateful to be part of this family. As I sit here and write this blog, in this very moment, I hear laughter. Even during one of the busiest weeks of our year, they lift each other up. I am so honored to be part of a team that goes beyond their job description to help others, recognizes the needs of others, and steps in to help before they are asked. I am in awe of the My Saint My Hero family, which cares so much about sharing the GIFT of a BLESSING with one another and all of you. We work by the motto: “I am blessed by blessing others!” To be seen as a leader in this company is humbling because they lead me. They teach me how to be vulnerable, how to ask for help, and how to trust that they will always be here, even when we make mistakes. Life isn’t perfect. It doesn’t always go as planned, and running MSMH has come with its ups and its downs. However, no matter how uncertain or how doubtful the road ahead may look, this team is a family and our common mission of sharing God’s love takes us higher.
